How will I use and store your data?

Your privacy is of utmost importance. My Practice is compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. Every effort has been made to ensure a safe and secure form to email submission process but users using such form to email processes are advised they do so at their own risk.

All personalized paper data that I collect from you is stored in a locked filing cabinet. Any current working notes for on-going appointments are personally non-identifiable, since each person's identity has only a code attached to their notes.

My electronic devices are pass-coded or have two-factor authentication, and my iPhone has finger-print authentication and a 6-digit pass-code.

This data will be held for as long as deemed necessary by my insurance company, currently this is for at least 7 years. When no longer a patient, any paper files will then be shred confidentially and your personal information deleted from my electronic devices.
